Prowler Sprints 4 x 40yds 90lbs on low handles

Notes: The prowler sprints should mimic stair climbing pretty well. A beautiful day. Good to get some endorphins happening after another day on the job.

Notes: Got a little carried away on grippers. Time to test myself on Nicki’s #3 and start the ball on MM1 and COC.
