Axle Cleans 5x1x90kg

Stones 275 natural stone 1/2/1/2/1

Walk 1 mile with weight vest

Grippers 150lbs #3 x1, 5 over crushes with filed SM

Notes: Feeling good about staying consistent. Life continues to happen, and there are always things that pop up. The main thing is to keep showing up and putting in the solid efforts.

what is a side lunge?

You can see them in the video. There might be a better name, but I don’t know what it is.
