Got back to training. It is often hard to know when you should push harder in training, and when you need to back off.

Axle Cleans 5x3x85kgs

Axle Deadlift Ladders 285 1/2/3/1/2/3/1/2/3

Side Lunges 3x5x65

One Leg Romanian Deadlifts 3×8

Density Squatting 10x5x195 in 20 minutes

Notes: Good session. I think the massage therapy is helping.
