Warmed up with some movement flows and the quick step drill

Axle Cleans 5x3x80kg

Axle Deadlift 275lbs 1/2/3/1/2/3/1/2/3

Squat 6x5x185 in 12 minutes

Notes: Groin flared up some on sixth set of squats so called it quits there. Nicki was over and I got sucked into some gripper closes. A decent session.
