First day back after 3 week layoff.

Warmup with movement drills for throwing

Axle Clean 5 sets of 3 with 80kg

Double Overhand Axle Deadlift 3 trips 1/2/3 with 275lbs

Glute Ham Raise 3 sets of 10 with bodyweight

Side Lunge 3 sets of 10 with 45lbs

Squat 10 sets of 5 with 185 in 20 minutes

Reverse Hyper 3 sets of 25 with 70lbs

Notes: Forgot video camera. Going to try to upload footage of each session as the blog post goes up. Part of a New Year’s Resolution. Felt good to lift and get moving.
