Simple Training by farmstrength

My garage is a work in progress.  At the moment, I’ve got no room to lift.  My wife’s Jeep is inside getting prepped for sale.  The holidays have seen me doing simple training.  It’s simple really….

Stone lift or carry.  5 or 6 sets.

Club Swinging.  Indian clubs and gada swinging for high repetitions (100+)

Rope Climbing.  2 or 3 trips up my 25 ft rope without using foot brake.

Weighted walking or Run.  1 mile walk or 2.5 mile run.

Done in about 45 minutes.

I’ve done the above every 2-3 days for the past couple weeks.  Not worried about progressing really just getting out and doing.
