Can you record a video on how to press someone. I am push pressing about 215 and would like to give it a try on some one about 110 bout would like some tips
Comment by Nick Witte March 28, 2010 @ 5:21 amIt’s more about the person you press with. They need to tense up their body and not hang all limp. Pick them up in your arms, center your hand on the upper back and legs and press.
