Otis has been pretty rough on me the past couple days. Did a bunch of loading and unloading Thursday and Friday, so I didn’t train in the gym.

On Thursday, Ryan Callahan of Fit2Play sent me a text message asking about throwing this weekend. The attached video is the result.
