Work today was an adventure. I helped pull a 1,000 pound motor off of an elevator machine. Wrestled it down the stairs, and pushed it on to the truck. When I got home Will was here, so we went outside to lift.
2.5″ Dumbbell Clean and Jerk 5x1x100lbs
Press Ladders 140 lbs 1/2/3/1/2/3
2.5″ Dumbbell Row Ladder 100lbs 3/5/5/3/5/5
Decided that was enough for tonight.
