Rough day at work. Ran a bunch of errands before I got home. Was planning on just getting in and out. Then Nicki distracted me with blobs.
Axle Cleans 5x3x80kg
Axle Deadlift Ladders 275 1/2/3/1/2/3/1/2/3
Squat 10x5x185 in 20 minutes
Blobs Overhand Toss 1
Notes: Feeling very good about my training right now. Lots of momentum. This is the time when it’s easy to push too hard and end up regressing. Stick to the plan. Video below.
